If your plans change
Email susan@judgmentpremium.com at least seven days before the workshop starts for a full ticket refund. For the 27 November 2026 workshop, the deadline is 3:00 pm Sydney time on 20 November 2026.
After that deadline, change-of-mind cancellations and non-attendance are not refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge by emailing us their name and contact details before the workshop starts. Please get their permission before sharing their details.
If we cancel or change the workshop
If we cancel, we will provide a full ticket refund. If we postpone or significantly change the workshop, you may choose to attend the revised event or receive a full ticket refund.
How to request a refund
Email us with your booking name and payment receipt or booking reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank’s processing time may vary.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
This policy does not exclude, restrict or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any right to a refund or other remedy where the service does not meet consumer guarantees. The cancellation deadline above does not limit those rights.
