Privacy policy

Updated 7 October 2026

Altschool Australia Pty Ltd organises AI Advantage for SMB. This policy explains how we handle information for workshop enquiries, registrations and delivery.

What we collect and why

When you enquire or register, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, organisation, role, industry, company size and booking information. We use these to manage payment and attendance, tailor the workshop, send confirmations and materials, and answer your questions. Without the required booking details, we may be unable to complete your registration.

Who handles your information

We share information only as needed with the workshop organising team, facilitators and providers supporting payments, website hosting, email and record keeping, or where required by law. Stripe processes payments; this website does not collect or store your full card details. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Service providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. Our hosting and payment providers may also collect technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for operation and security.

Marketing and workshop materials

We do not sell your personal information. We will seek your consent before sending promotional emails unrelated to your booking, and you can opt out at any time. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information or confidential customer data in workshop exercises.

Keeping information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access to people who need it. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described here and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it where practicable.

Access, correction and complaints

To request access to or correction of your information, or to raise a privacy concern, email susan@judgmentpremium.com. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you remain dissatisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, where the matter falls within its jurisdiction.
